Refund Policy

Last updated: April 16, 2026

1. Who processes your payment

Purchases for Lumi are processed by our payment partner, Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for these transactions and may appear on your bank statement.

2. Refund eligibility (general)

We aim to be fair and transparent. Refunds may be available depending on your plan, the time since purchase, and any applicable consumer protection laws.

Unless required by law, we typically consider refund requests made within 14 days of the initial purchase for a first-time subscription. After that period, refunds are generally not provided, and cancelled subscriptions remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

3. Subscriptions, renewals, and cancellations

Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel from your workspace billing settings (where available) or by contacting support.

Unless required by law, renewals and usage-based charges (if any) are generally non-refundable.

4. How to request a refund

To request a refund, contact [email protected] or use our support page. Please include the email used at checkout and, if available, your Paddle order/transaction ID from the receipt.

Paddle may handle the refund directly or may ask us to validate details of your purchase. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take a few business days to appear, depending on your bank.

5. Exceptions

Refunds may be refused where:

  • The request is made outside the refund window described above.
  • The account has violated our Terms of Service.
  • Fraudulent activity, abuse, or chargeback behavior is suspected.
  • A refund is not permitted under applicable law for the specific circumstances.
